2. Data collected via the contact form

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the following personal data:

Purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a commercial proposal.

Legal basis: your explicit consent, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form (Art. 6 para. 6 nLPD).

Retention: data is retained for as long as necessary to process the inquiry and, if a commercial relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus the applicable statutory retention periods (maximum 10 years under Swiss commercial law). If no relationship results, data is deleted within 12 months of the last communication.

No automated decision-making: your data is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.


3. Technical data and cookies

Session cookie (PHPSESSID)
This website sets a single session cookie used exclusively to generate a security token that protects the contact form against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). The cookie contains no personal data and is deleted automatically when you close your browser. No consent is required for strictly necessary security cookies.

Google Fonts
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), a service operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers in the United States. Google processes this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data transfer to the USA is based on Google's Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and recognised under Swiss law. This processing is necessary for the website to display correctly and is based on our legitimate interest in operating a functional, well-presented website (Art. 31 nLPD).

This website does not use any analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies beyond those described above.
