Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The data controller responsible for this website is:

2. Data collected via the contact form
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the following personal data:
- Full name
- Company or vessel name
- Email address
- Project scope (selected from a list)
- Free-text message
- Date and time of submission
Purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a commercial proposal.
Legal basis: your explicit consent, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form (Art. 6 para. 6 nLPD).
Retention: data is retained for as long as necessary to process the inquiry and, if a commercial relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus the applicable statutory retention periods (maximum 10 years under Swiss commercial law). If no relationship results, data is deleted within 12 months of the last communication.
No automated decision-making: your data is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.
3. Technical data and cookies
Session cookie (PHPSESSID)
This website sets a single session cookie used exclusively to generate a security token that protects the contact form against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). The cookie contains no personal data and is deleted automatically when you close your browser. No consent is required for strictly necessary security cookies.
Google Fonts
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), a service operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers in the United States. Google processes this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data transfer to the USA is based on Google's Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and recognised under Swiss law. This processing is necessary for the website to display correctly and is based on our legitimate interest in operating a functional, well-presented website (Art. 31 nLPD).
This website does not use any analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies beyond those described above.
4. Data transfers
Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared:
- With our email service provider, to the extent necessary to deliver your inquiry to our inbox (data processed as a processor on our behalf).
- With Google LLC (USA) via Google Fonts, as described in section 3.
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD, in force since 1 September 2023), you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you may request confirmation of whether we hold personal data about you, and a copy of that data (Art. 25 nLPD).
- Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data, subject to statutory retention obligations.
- Right to restriction — you may request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
